Burgers & Brews At Saranac Welcomes Ray Brothers BBQ To Close Out Season
On September 10, from 6 pm – 9 pm, the 2019 finale of Burgers and Brews at Saranac Brewery takes place. All proceeds from these events benefit the American Cancer Society. Each event features the burger creations of a local restaurant or chef paired with beverages from our hometown craft brewery. Attendees will enjoy an evening of delicious food, Saranac beer or soda, music, and more.
Ray Brothers BBQ from Bouckville is back to wrap up another great season of Burgers & Brews. Guests will have their choice of two unique burger options, or a vegetarian option, as well as the choice of one of two sides. Saranac will provide the beverages.
Like many people, the Ray Brothers have a personal connection to this cause. Their father passed from cancer and they are determined to do all they can to eliminate this disease: “We love this event and are honored to play whatever part we can in helping find a cure for cancer,” says Tucker Ray. “It’s also fun for us to feed our friends in Utica and see one of our favorite bands play. It’s going to be a great night.”
Floodwood, whose Saranac Thursday show was cancelled earlier this summer, will perform. In addition, there will be raffles, corn hole, and games. This is an all-ages event, but you must be 21 to purchase alcohol. Well behaved dogs on leashes are also welcome.
Tickets are $20 in advance ($25 at the door) and includes admission, your choice of burger, side, and beverage (beer or soda). Tickets can be purchased in advance at: crowdrise.com/burgersandbrewsutica. Admission without dinner is $5.
